Here at Telecom Guy, we honor our commitments and expect equipment suppliers to do the same. If we buy equipment that is not in good physical and working condition with valid serial numbers or if the product is counterfeit we expect vendors to refund payments or replace the item within one week. Telecom Guy will only buy from legitimate suppliers who have clear and free title to the equipment.

Our Shipping Policy:

• Items must be packed safely and according to the Carrier’s guide lines.
• Items must be shipped according to Telecom Guy’s requested shipping service.
• Insurance

Note: No matter how much insurance you put on an item, if it is not packed correctly the Carrier or the 3rd party insurer will not cover the damage costs.
